The folks on the NoFapChristian subreddit are not exactly fans of Satan or his ongoing efforts to ruin their no-fap streaks by seducing them into looking at porn. But I haven’t seen any discussions of Satan and porn get quite as weird as the one I encountered there today.
The guys in the Semen Retention subreddit are just really, really, really into their own semen “the real Elixir of the human body.”
In the secular NoFap movement, participants talk all the time about fighting their demons — pornography and masturbation — but they’re only speaking figuratively when it comes to the demon bit.

Given that the Men Going Their Own Way is rooted in the hatred of women, it’s not surprising to see so many MGTOWs open to other forms of hate; hate often comes in clusters.

The Semen Retention subreddit is a weird place to visit, filled both with arcane manifestos on the spiritual awakenings that supposedly come from never having orgasms, ever, and enthusiastic testimonials from sperm-filled dudes convinced that their onanistic disipline has caused all the women in their immediate vicinity to lust for them like cats in heat, even though actually having sex with one of these women would destroy their no-orgasm streak and, they fear, transform them back into average schmoes again.
