Rudy Giuliani accused of sexual assault and approximately one zillion other disgusting things in new $10 million lawsuit

Check out my new blog, My AI Obsession, and my latest post there, I Prompt the Body Electric

Noelle Dunphy, the ex-business development director for repellent political operative Rudy Giuliani, is spilling some seriously hot tea. According to a lawsuit she just filed against him, Giuliani’s job requirements were a little, er, unconventional, with the frequently drunk MAGA lawyer insisting on sex-on-demand and forcing her to wear scanty clothes while working out of his apartment with him. She’s seeking a cool $10 million in damages.

It all started in 2019 when Giuliani hired Dunphy for what turned out to be a two-year ordeal. She claims he made all sorts of unsavory requests during alcohol-fueled tirades, demanding sexual favors as a condition of continued employment. The 70-page lawsuit goes into lurid detail, claiming that Giuliani made it crystal clear that “satisfying his sexual demands” was part of her job description. She also claims he demanded that she strip naked during COVID-era videoconferences and wear short shorts with an American flag on them in person. Very patriotic!

According to the suit, Giuliani

often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him “feel like Bill Clinton.”

At times, the lawsuit alleges, Giuliani, would “point to his erect penis, and tell Dunphy that he could not do any work until ‘you take care of this.’” The suit claims Giuliani forced her to engage in “violent sex,” once imposing himself on her when she was too drunk to consent. “Ms. Dunphy worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment,” the lawsuit says.

Adding to the creepiness of it all, Giuliani apparently told her during sex, “I think of you as my daughter.”

The lawsuit paints a picture of Giuliani as a sex-obsessed, Viagra-popping drunk with a deep sense of entitlement. And it appears he thought he was above the law, claiming he had “immunity” and could sell pardons from Trump for $2 million apiece.

Dunphy, who says she was initially offered a salary of $1 million a year, apparently agreed to deferred payment after threats of retaliation but claims she wasn’t paid in full. After two years of this hell, the suit says, all she got was a measly $12,000 and no reimbursement for business expenses.

Summing it up, the lawsuit says that Dunphy

was continually subjected by Giuliani to a hostile work environment, misogynistic, racist, and antisemitic communications, constant sexual attacks, threats when she brought up the salary she was owed, and threats when she finally found the courage to confront him with her fears and the possibility of legal action.

Giuliani’s people categorically deny all of these allegations, but Dunphy says she’s got tons of texts to back her up–and some audio recordings. So we’ll have to see how this plays out in court–unless, of course, Giuliani settles so he can keep all of this evidence from coming out.

Is there anything Rudy HASN’T been accused of/indicted for/convicted of at this point? The guy’s a one-man “Law & Order” episode. If he keeps this up he’ll have a longer rap sheet than some of the mobsters he used to prosecute.

Startlingly unsurprising.

Somebody’s going to make the argument that she enabled him by not quitting, on top of the usual ones about shaking men down to get rich.

Also, this might explain his divorce. Not because he was cheating (the divorce was in 2018, Dunphy’s job started in 2019) but because he was getting sexually abusive with his wife. (As far as I’m aware, the actual reason for the divorce was never disclosed, beyond “he’s no longer the man I married”.)

He’s claiming she never worked for him, but somehow I don’t think that’s going to fly.

This is sexual slavery. $10 million in damages might be optimistic in this dystopian hellscape but it’s so absurdly less than what the poor woman deserves. And what’s to keep Guiliani from doing this again and again…

Zero surprise but I still feel like my head is going to explode.

Considering that Rudy was apparently about to start playing with his Giuliani in front of a very young looking foreign reporter he’d never met before, until Borat interrupted in-character, absolutely none of this surprises me.

He hasn’t got even 1/10th of that in spare cash. So I guess it’ll go to trial. Where he can not pay his lawyers just like his buddy Drumpf never paid him.

Borat was right!

(doing OK here, just spent a week off what passes for my health, and am now having to catch up, plus stupid hot and I can’t do anything when it’s hot.)

Hello.

“I think of you as my daughter.”

Did not Trump said something along the same lines ? Like master, like man ?
Have a nice day.

But wait! There’s more… less salacious but still plenty damning (from the Telegraph):

Ms Dunphy also alleged that the former New York mayor previewed plans to attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election if Mr Trump lost.

Mr Giuliani told her “that Trump’s team would claim that there was ‘voter fraud’ and that Mr Trump had actually won the election,” she claimed in the lawsuit.

Why the AI-generated pic of Giuliani? Why not just use the actual photo of him lying back with his hand in his pants?

So, you’re saying Mr Giuliani’s been behaving like many a Trump voter’s Ideal Man.
