And they can’t seem to decide what excites them more: the prospect of endless on-demand sex with robot super-hotties — or ruining the lives of non-robotic women who won’t be able to compete with the aforementioned robot super-hotties.

Let’s let the MGTOW Nostradamus who calls himself EnterPseudonym explain how it’s all going to go down when the sexbot revolution arrives at last.

And so women will start throwing themselves at any man who will have them.
When 90% of males have dropped out of the market, the 80% of women will be competing for whatever man they can find.
Men who’d been cruelly rejected by real-life women in pre-sexbot days will suddenly find themselves in very high demand.
A former sexbot user, could get tired of his sexbot and want to settle down. He enters a market which is deprived of sperm, and now a man that was ugly, overweight, and typically undesirable before the social collapse, is now part of the top 10% of males. He has his choice with almost any woman. Any woman would choose this “undesirable” man because in fact he is desirable.
They never get tired of this fantasy, do they?
Somehow, though, I suspect that even if 90% of straight men were to take themselves off the market EnterPseudonym would still have trouble convincing women that he was much of a catch.

They speak as if boffing a machine could ever be accepted as “mainstream” or replace the natural need for true human contact. From ancient civilians on down to remote rural areas of the 21st century, the good ol’ fashioned sheep provided many hours of enjoyment for any man lucky enough to own a pair of tall boots.

I’m still baffled that this “sexbot revolution” meme has managed to survive for so long. They have been talking about it since the last decade, and it’s always been this same molecule-thinly veiled revenge fantasy against women.
Do they honestly not think the existing sex dolls are creepier that the live action adaptation of The Cat in the Hat? Or do they think most men are willing to pay thousands of dollars just to participate in this childish prank against women? It’s like watching Nazis get excited over the coming Day of the Rope.
Besides the sexbot thing probably not working like the MRAs think it will, what about their basic delusion that all men want out of relationships is sex and all women want out of them is money?

Although, even in books, movies, comics, etc. with characters that are aware of the risks and even aware of media that is similar to theirs, they still try it because they think they have all the fail-safes and kinks worked out, but BAM! Despite my involvement in arguably transhumanist projects, notably cryonics, I feel a real aversion to the idea of sex robots. Men need the experience of getting into sexual relationships through dating as a matter of personal growth and proper social functioning. Sex robots, if widely adopted by male virgins, would just leave more and more men emotionally and socially stunted.
Yet Futrelle on his end doesn’t appreciate the growing crisis of mass male eviction from ever having sex lives. The process has gone so far in Japan that a quarter of Japanese men in their early 30’s have had no sexual experience. I have had trouble finding sex researchers in Western countries who take this trend seriously enough to study it themselves, apparently because sexology has a strong bias in favor of the problems of sexually active women and gays.
And no, I did not make up the figure for Japanese male virgins.

I found this comment on a video by MGTOW vlogger, Vention1MGTOW. It does seem like what both Vention1 and the commenters of the video are trying to do is make any heterosexual romantic relationship sound like a clinical study or experiment. There is so much intellectualisation and rationalisation going on here, they don’t seem to realise that they’re using these defence mechanisms and not actually dealing with the emotional issues behind them. This is so far beyond thinking of women as non-persons, but thinking of even themselves this way.

It’s extremely eye opening when you are capable of seeing heterosexual male female monogamous relationships for what they are, a negotiation for wants/needs. Loneliness falls into a completely different category after that, holding no more meaning than being lonely for friends once you realize this “perfect person of the opposite sex” that everyone in society is telling you that you should be searching for, does not exist. It is pretty much just a desire for sex, and a desire to hang out with people after that.
At some point society may adapt. Monogamous relationships may slowly disappear, women may approach men for sex (at least if MGTOW catches on), and the stigmatism of sluts/whores will be lessened as more men just use women as sex objects and not much more beyond that.

But you forgot about what sex robots could do for unattractive men. Women were not interested in me until they started losing their looks or had kids im no sucker I would choose the sex bot over them. Women act like mgtow are sobad but in my experience women are way worse.

To a lonely guy, women seem powerful, because they get to decide if you can have sex. I know they did for me until I developed the imagination and empathy to realize that for women, being the necessary component for every broken male to believe in his own manhood is more of a burden than a source of empowerment.
I remember how a few years ago, people were saying that we’d be using Second Life to do all our shopping, dragging our animated avatars through virtual shopping centers when it was actually much more effective just to order mechandise from a website. Seriously, I can’t imagine sexbots taking the place of masturbation, which is at least inexpensive and convenient.
I am kind of new to understanding the extent of all of this “manosphere” stuff. (And I’m new to this forum.) As I read more and more of the manosphere, both here and on the actual Red Pill, etc. sites, it seems to me that these men don’t really believe what they are saying about hating women.

However, then he also says the sexbot solves the problem of pregnancy scares. But..but..but…women are only good for making babies, so that means the sexbot is NOT the perfect solution.
THEN! He imagines a world in which all of the female “genetic celebrities” finally have to come to him because they are so hungry for an in-the-flesh man. And then he appears to live happily ever after.
So, the sexbot provides him with hot “genetic celebrity” sex with no pregnancy scares and he doesn’t have to listen to her stupid yapping. Why on Earth would he EVER decide for a real-life woman after finding the perfect solution?
Oh, because the sexbot cannot give him the love and intimacy…and children…he wants so badly. However, the only kind of woman who can provide that to him is the female “genetic celebrity.”
Therefore: Matriarchy’s fault that “genetic celebrities” are not standard issue to every man as his birth right. Thing is, if every man has a god-given birth right to a genetic celebrity, and this becomes a reality, then every man will simply have an “average woman.” Thus, he’s yet again stuck with just an average uggo. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

I use apostrophes for things that aren’t direct quotes (sarcasm, loose paraphrase, etc). Not for everyone, I suppose. I don’t know if it makes me better understood, but it helps keep things distinct in my mind 🙂
I understand the urge to try to figure out why these men are assholes to women, but I don’t think it’s helpful to try to ferret out someone’s innermost heart. It’s better to focus on the behavior. Treating women like shit is shitty behavior, and it’s the behavior that matters, not what the dude sings to himself at night when he’s trying to sleep.
People who just want to be loved and treat women like shit are just as shitty as people who are evil to the core and treat women like shit. They are equally shitty individuals.
Now, it might be said that the cure to that shitty behavior is different depending on the cause of the behavior. That might be true, but I’m not responsible for curing these douchenozzles of their shittiness so I don’t need this information. There is no other circumstance in which I need to know why they are shitty people, so there is no circumstance in which I have to query this or will be helped by querying this. Even if they just want to be loved, they are not entitled to said love, especially not from me, so this is irrelevant information to me.
